A small gesture that means it

The Hat Tip is the everyday appreciation gift — the one you send when someone has gone beyond what was asked and deserves more than a reply-all email. Three well-chosen products and a wildflower Congrats seed box. A Love Cocoa Congrats bar, an Otherly salted caramel oat milk chocolate bar and a Booja Booja truffle taster. A proper hat tip.

Suited for: Employee recognition, peer-to-peer appreciation, manager gifts to teams, supplier acknowledgements and any moment that calls for a small, genuine expression of gratitude.
