We source and co-brand your products, then store them in our Birmingham warehouse. Your team logs into their dedicated client portal, selects the item and enters the recipient's details. We pick, pack and dispatch each order directly to the recipient — with no stock management, storage or logistics required from your side. You have a named account manager throughout the process.
Yes — and we'd recommend starting the conversation earlier than you think. We typically advise clients to begin planning seasonal gifting six to eight weeks in advance to allow for co-branding, production and delivery. We can help you choose appropriate gifts, manage co-branding, and fulfil to multiple recipients in one programme.
Every product in our range is assessed against our 14 ethical criteria before it is listed. These cover sustainability, fair trade, environmental impact, organic certification, social enterprise status, and more. Each product meets one of the criteria, many meet several. The criteria are published transparently on every product page.
For co-branded orders we recommend allowing at least two to three weeks for production and delivery. For larger programmes, bespoke sourcing, or seasonal peaks such as Christmas, four to six weeks is preferable. We will always be upfront about what is achievable within your timeline.
