How ordering corporate gift boxes works
Most orders follow the same five steps.
- Tell us who the boxes are for, how many you need and your delivery date.
- Choose your route: a curated treat box with a branded sleeve, or a fully co-branded merchandise box.
- Approve your artwork and quote.
- We produce and pack your order. Production takes 15 working days (about three weeks) from artwork approval.
- We deliver by DHL to one address or direct to each recipient.

We ship with DHL. UK orders arrive next day, Europe typically takes 5 to 7 working days in transit and North America 10 to 15 working days. It is finished with a branded sleeve carrying your organisation's artwork. A branded merchandise box contains fully co-branded items -- products with your logo applied directly -- presented in a branded box or sleeve. Both are ethically sourced. The treat box is about the experience of discovery; the merchandise box is about consistent brand presence.
Yes. Our curated treat boxes are ready to order, with contents chosen by our team. If you have a specific brief, such as a theme, particular products, or a mix of branded and unbranded items, get in touch and we will build a bespoke box with you. We are also developing an online box builder that will let you choose your outer box and select items yourself. It is launching soon.
For smaller quantities, a branded sleeve is the most cost-effective option and still looks professional and considered. For larger runs or when you want a more premium unboxing experience, a fully printed branded box is available. Your account manager can advise on which option suits your budget, quantity and intended impression.
Most co-branded orders start from 25 boxes. Some specialist products need a higher minimum, and we confirm this when you request a quote.
