Frequently asked questions
We recommend a minimum of four to six weeks before your event date. This allows time for product selection, co-branding approvals, production and delivery. For events with large volumes, bespoke items or international delivery, six to eight weeks is preferable. If your event is closer than this, please get in touch and we will assess what is achievable -- we will always be honest about lead times rather than overpromise.
Yes. We can assemble delegate packs containing multiple co-branded items, pack them into branded boxes or bags, and fulfil them to your venue or staging location. For events where individual personalisation is required -- a delegate's name on a notebook, for example -- please discuss this with us at the briefing stage as it affects production timelines.
