Say it with flowers...well not quite flowers but seeds that turn into beautiful native wildflowers.
Each box contains 15 seed balls with a mix of beautiful native wildflowers for garden beds and pots – Common toadflax, Cornflower, Cowslip, Meadow cranesbill, Musk mallow, Oxeye daisy and Red campion, plus a sprinkling of pollinator-friendly annuals Chamomile, Cornflower, Corn marigold, and Night-flowering catchfly.
A little card is also included to explain what the balls are and how to use them – they’re incredibly easy to use – simply scatter on top of soil/compost (no digging or expertise required!) and nature will do the rest.
Best scattered in the Autumn or Spring.
Created by conservation scientists and 100% British made, Seedball is a unique innovation to help more people grow bee and butterfly-friendly wildflowers.
Manufactured in-house using a mixture of UK-native seeds, clay, peat-free compost and chilli powder to create a protective casing against seed predators (e.g. birds and ants).
They’re incredibly easy to use - scatter (no digging!) on top of soil, and with rain and warm sun the seeds will grow.
