Palm Oil Free - Choc affair is passionate to be part of positive change in the world, not in a big way but in small everyday ways, through their purchasing choices, employment practices and charitable efforts. By choosing to remove any ingredient using this oil from their chocolate range they feel they are contributing to the welfare of our planet.

Sustainably Sourced - As part of their sustainability and fair trading practice, Choc Affair contribute financially to a project based in Colombia called The Chocolate Dream from where they source their sustainably grown cocoa. The Chocolate Dream is a purposeful initiative encompassing several projects, working within cocoa growing communities to give cocoa farmers in the region a better quality of life as well as maintaining a balance with the environment.

Handmade In Britain - Purchase all of their packaging through British companies, supporting the success and growth of the UK’s industry. Their goal is to ensure that the choices they make have a positive impact on the people and world around us; and where better to start than in the beautiful place we call home.

Inclusive Employment - Choc Affair have an Inclusive Employment Initiative working with York based organisations that aim to help individuals who find accessing employment challenging.

FSC Packaging - The paper and card used for Choc Affair products is made from using wood that comes from FSC certified forests, or from recycled materials.
