Stitched by hand and with heart, this scarf tells a story of heritage from a family home in the hills of Chiang Rai.
Skilfully hand-stitched by a Tai Leu community from Chiang Rai province, Northern Thailand, weaving and selling these beautifully intricate items helps to keep a family tradition alive whilst providing valuable income and support for the tribe.
The scarves are made by a minority tribal group called the Tai Leu, based in Mae Suai Sub District in Chiang Rai province, Northern Thailand.
